More than 70% of teachers demonstrated evidence of Copilot implementation, accelerating the transition from AI experimentation to everyday use and helping establish a consistent approach to AI across the organisation. 

Copilot Champions were established across all seven campuses, creating a sustainable framework for peer learning, ongoing support, and long-term adoption of AI tools. 

AI agents are already supporting key operational and educational processes, helping teams standarise platform evaluations, curriculum, recommendations, budgeting decisions, and inclusion initiatives.
