AI Strategist
As an AI Strategist at Sulava MEA, you are the visionary architect behind our clients’ AI transformation journeys. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and organisational change—partnering with C-suite executives to define AI roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, and orchestrate enterprise-wide adoption programmes using our Frontier Firm Live framework. This is a principal consulting role that demands strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to translate AI possibilities into measurable business outcomes aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
As the single-threaded owner for strategic client relationships, you will lead presales, design comprehensive Frontier Firm Live programs, facilitate executive governance, and ensure alignment between AI initiatives and overarching business goals.

Success Factors for This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs at both business and human levels to ensure relevance and impact
- Design top quality Frontier Firm Live (FFL) programs that align with customer context and strategic objectives
- Set up and facilitate sponsor models and steering committees to support and govern designed FFL programs
- Advise C-level and VP-level customer leaders on Copilot, Agents, and digital employees to continuously inject energy and drive innovation in use case development
- Guide delivery teams in working with named customers to ensure program excellence and alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate innovation and leadership sessions, embedding design thinking practices to inspire creativity and sustained transformation
- Ensure the business value is reported to customer key decision makers
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide programme guidance to Service Delivery Managers; ensure execution aligns with strategic vision
- Collaborate with Microsoft account teams on co-selling and joint customer success
- Develop thought leadership content and contribute to Sulava MEA’s intellectual property
- Mentor junior strategists and consultants on strategic thinking and customer engagement
- Champion Sulava MEA’s values of curiosity, courage, and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in client-facing senior consulting or advisory roles with C-suite engagement
- Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI or Copilot adoption programmes
- Experience in the MEA region, particularly Saudi Arabia or GCC, highly desirable
Strategic and Business Understanding
- Deep understanding of AI technologies: generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
- Expertise in change management, adoption frameworks, and organisational transformation
- Strong business strategy skills: value proposition development, business case creation, ROI modelling
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and how AI aligns with national digital transformation priorities
- Understanding of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., energy, government, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality)
Consulting Excellence
- Executive presence and gravitas to engage confidently with ministers, CEOs, and leadership teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distil complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences in both English and Arabic
- Skilled facilitator of workshops, design thinking sessions, innovation sprints, and “AI Innovation Mining” exercises
- Consultative mindset with relentless focus on measurable business outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build consensus
Technical Depth
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, responsible AI frameworks, security, and compliance (especially for Saudi regulatory environment)
- Awareness of emerging technologies: Agents Framework, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration
Language Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic proficiency strongly preferred for senior stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Experience working in or with organisations in Saudi Arabia or broader MEA region is highly desirable
- Cultural intelligence and sensitivity
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Lead the strategic design and launch of 3–5 major Frontier Firm Live engagements in Saudi Arabia
- Build trusted advisory relationships with 5+ C-suite executives across Saudi enterprises
- Facilitate 10+ AI Innovation Mining workshops, generating 500+ prioritised use cases
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in Saudi Arabia’s AI ecosystem through speaking, publishing, and community engagement
- Contribute measurably to Sulava MEA’s growth in the KSA market
