As an AI Coach/Trainer at Sulava MEA, you will be on the frontlines of AI adoption, empowering thousands of professionals to harness the power of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and generative AI tools. Building on our track record of training 250,000+ individuals on Copilot, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences—from executive workshops to hands-on training sessions—that build confidence, drive behavior change, and unlock human potential in the age of AI.
This role combines instructional excellence with a passion for technology and commitment to human-centred transformation aligned with our “AI for All” mission.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Delivery
- Develop and deliver tailored AI training programmes using Sulava MEA’s proven methodologies for diverse audiences: end-users, power users, champions, and executives
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person) covering M365 Copilot basics, advanced prompting, role-specific use cases, and agentic AI fundamentals
- Design scenario-based learning flows within the AI Centre of Excellence framework, gamified challenges, and interactive workshops
- Create compelling content: training decks, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and self-learning materials aligned with Microsoft Learn
Coaching & Adoption
- Serve as primary escalation point for project issues and strategic decisions
- Lead executive steering meetings, bi-weekly sponsor meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Build and nurture relationships with customer sponsors, decision-makers, and Microsoft partners
- Present business value and ROI to C-suite audiences
Team Coordination
- Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to help individuals apply AI in their daily workflows
- Act as an AI advocate within client organisations, addressing resistance and building excitement around our “Think. Prompt. Repeat.” approach
- Support champions and Centre of Excellence (CoE) members to become peer trainers and AI ambassadors
- Deliver executive “AI Leaders” sessions to shape vision, strategy, and organisational readiness
Event Facilitation
- Co-facilitate “AI for All” kickoff events—high-energy, all-hands launch experiences that build excitement and commitment
- Deliver localised training for Saudi Arabia’s unique cultural and business context
- Represent Sulava MEA at conferences, webinars, and community events
Content Personalisation & Quality
- Customise all training materials to client industry, business functions, and cultural context (both English and Arabic where needed)
- Ensure content is relevant, practical, and aligned with real business challenges facing Saudi organisations
- Validate and improve AI-generated training content with human expertise and creativity
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track learner progress, certification completion, and skill development using Microsoft adoption metrics
- Gather feedback and iterate on training approaches to maximise impact
- Contribute to Sulava MEA’s ever-evolving library of best practices, use cases, and training IP
Required Qualifications
Education & Certications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Teaching or training certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer – MCT, ATD, CPTD, Train-the-Trainer) highly desirable
Experience
- 4+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement
- Proven experience delivering AI, Microsoft 365, or digital transformation training
- Background in change management or adoption programmes preferred
- Experience training in the MEA region is a strong advantage
Technical Competencies
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams
- Understanding of generative AI, prompting techniques, and agentic AI concepts
- Familiarity with digital learning tools
- Ability to learn and adopt new AI technologies rapidly
Soft Skills
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
- Empathy and patience with diverse learner profiles, from beginners to advanced users
- Creativity in designing engaging, human-centred learning experiences
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for MEA region audiences
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to inspire audiences of 10–1,000+ people
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for delivering localised training and engaging Saudi audiences
- Accent-neutral or regionally appropriate English presentation skills preferred

- Successfully train and certify thousands of professionals across multiple client engagements
- Co-deliver 5+ “AI for All” kickoff events for major Saudi customers
- Build a reputation as a trusted AI enablement expert in the Saudi market
