Agentic AI Consultant
As an Agentic AI Consultant at Sulava MEA, you will be at the cutting edge of AI innovation—designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents that transform how organizations work. You will partner with clients to identify automation opportunities, architect agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI, and bring future Agentic Solutions to life that work alongside human teams to drive productivity, efficiency, and business value.
This role blends technical expertise, solution architecture, and consulting skills. You will work within our Agentic AI stream, collaborating with AI Strategists, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, governed, and impactful AI agent solutions using our Agent Factory framework.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Collaborate with clients and AI Strategists to identify high-value use cases for AI agents
- Design end-to-end agentic solutions: conversational flows, orchestration logic, integrations, data sources, and governance models
- Create functional and architectural blueprints for AI agents aligned with enterprise standards and Microsoft’s Agent framework
- Evaluate feasibility, estimate effort, and prioritize use cases by business impact and technical complexity
Agent Development & Deployment:
- Build production-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform
- Develop multi-agent scenarios with orchestration, handoffs, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Implement integrations with enterprise systems: SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, custom APIs, and Microsoft Fabric
- Ensure agents are identity-aware (Entra ID), secure (Defender), compliant (Purview), and governed according to organisational policies
Agent Factory Implementation:
- Implement Sulava MEA’s Agent Factory framework for standardised, scalable agent deployment
- Establish agent lifecycle management: ideation, co-creation, deployment, continuous improvement, and retirement
- Build repeatable templates, connectors, and accelerators for common use cases
- Apply governance frameworks ensuring every agent remains effective, secure, and sustainable
Testing, Iteration & Optimisation:
- Conduct pilot testing with end-users and gather feedback to refine agent performance
- Optimise prompts, improve response accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance user experience
- Monitor agent usage, performance metrics (response time, accuracy, user satisfaction), and business impact
- Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and provide ongoing support post-deployment
Content Personalisation & Quality:
- Customise all training materials to client industry, business functions, and cultural context (both English and Arabic where needed)
- Ensure content is relevant, practical, and aligned with real business challenges facing Saudi organisations
- Validate and improve AI-generated training content with human expertise and creativity
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement:
- Train customer teams to independently build and maintain agents using Agent Factory frameworks
- Conduct “build and learn” workshops, empowering internal teams, partners, and vendors to become active contributors
- Document best practices, design patterns, lessons learned, and reusable components
- Mentor junior consultants and build internal capability within Sulava MEA
Governance & Best Practices:
- Ensure agents adhere to AI governance, ethical AI principles, responsible AI frameworks, and data privacy regulations (Saudi DPA, GDPR where applicable)
- Implement version control, testing protocols, change management, and release processes
- Collaborate with Technology & Security stream on compliance, risk mitigation, and security hardening
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Engineering, or related field
Experience
- 4+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement
- Proven experience delivering AI, Microsoft 365, or digital transformation training
- Background in change management or adoption programmes preferred
- Experience training in the MEA region is a strong advantage
Technical Expertises
- Mandatory: Proficiency in combination of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of Azure OpenAI, GPT models, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning
- Experience with APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript for custom development (preferred)
- Understanding of agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, and Agentic concepts
Consulting Skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical agentic solutions
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Arabic proficiency is advantageous for client engagement and documentation
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Successfully design and deploy 40–80 AI agents across multiple client engagements, delivering measurable ROI
- Achieve productivity gains of 30–50% for use cases you implement
- Establish Agent Factory capability within 2–3 major Saudi enterprises
- Build capability enabling client organisations to independently create and maintain agents
- Contribute significantly to Sulava MEA’s Agent Factory intellectual property, templates, and standardised approaches
- Earn recognition as a trusted agentic AI expert in the Saudi market and become a sought-after speaker at local events
